1. How long will it take to get my order?
All of my items are handmade and made to order. Do to the time it takes to make these items and to ensure you are receiving a quality product you can use over and over, my estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Full Cage Liner Sets - 14-21 days from the date of purchase
- Cage Liner Set without ramp covers - 7-14 days from the date of purchase
- Individual Liners and Ramp Covers - 7-14 days from the date of purchase
- Hammocks, Tunnels, Snuggle Sacks, and Pet beds - 7-14 days from the date of purchase
However, I always do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you are in need of an item sooner than the estimated ship by date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request!
2. How Can I Place a Custom Order?
Placing a custom order is easy, just contact me and include the details of your request. I will be more than happy to help you bring your vision to life!
3. Do You Ship Internationally?
Depending on where you are located, I may be able to ship to you internationally. If you are outside of the United States and are interested in purchasing from my shop, please contact me.
4. What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
Packages are shipped with USPS First Class, Priority, or Ground Mail and include a tracking number.
5. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At this time, I accept PayPal. I am working to expand the accepted payment methods.
6. Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase?
No, you will have the option to pay with a credit card at checkout through PayPal without setting up an PayPal account.
7. Is PayPal Safe and is it Safe?
PayPal is one of the safest payment methods.
8. Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase. To cancel you order, contact me and be sure to include your full name and order number.
Orders that are Ready to Ship or are offered with Next Day Shipping, can not be changed or modified, as these items were made prior to your purchase. All other orders can be changed or modified up to 72 hours after purchase. Please contact me and be sure to include your full name , order number and a detailed description of the changes or modifications you are requesting. You will receive a response from within 48 hours to either confirm your request.
9. Can I Return or Exchange My Order
To protect the health and safety of your pet, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for all handmade pet products, however, if there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me Please be sure to include your full name , order number and reason for your contact, .
